Health Kick Brownies

Why I Love This Recipe
No way, a healthy brownie? That actually tastes good? Yup, folks, that's right. Be prepared to be amazed. When I first baked these, I set them out on the counter, chuckling to myself and pondering whether or not they would even be edible. After a quick walk with the dogs, I came back to ONE BROWNIE left. Mike, Julia and Melissa ate them ALL!! So kind of them to leave one for.... the dogs:)
Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups drained, canned Black Beans
1⁄4 cup cocoa powder
4 large eggs
1 tbsp Vanilla
2 tbsp fresh Ground coffee
1⁄4 tsp Melted Coconut Oil or Butter
1⁄2 cup Agave nectar, Honey or maple syrup
1/2 cup Dark chocolate or chocolate chips
1/2 cup Walnut if desired
Directions
With awareness, mix all ingredients with beaters or in the blender.
Add nuts or chips to the batter if desired, and pour the batter into a 9x13 or 8x8 pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
Let the brownies cool and set before eating. Surprise your friends!
