Ingredients You'll Need

1.5 pounds chicken
3 eggs
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
ground pepper to taste
1.5 cups shredded coconut
1 lemon


Directions

preheat oven to 425, whisk 3 eggs, add flour, coconut, seasonings to another bowl


lightly salt chicken, dip into eggs, then into flour mixture, then back into eggs, back into flour


do with all tenders, arrange on baking sheet


bake 20 mins or until golden


squeeze lemon onto chicken
