Ingredients You'll Need

1 Swiss chard (or collard wrap)
2 Tbsp Betsy's Best Gourmet Peanut Butter, (or substitute with Betsy's Best Almond or Seed Butter)
1 banana


De-stem greens. Spread Betsy’s Best evenly to coat leaf. Place banana at one end of leaf and roll to the other end. Seal with a dab of Betsy’s Best. Cut like sushi rolls.
