This recipe is a healthy alternative to regular fried rice
Ingredients You'll Need
1 c blanched broccoli
2 c brown rice
2 tsp oil
2 tsp chopped garlic
2 whole dry chilies
1/4 c thinly cut onions
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp chopped green chilies
1 tsp soy sauce
salt to taste
Directions
1) Heat oil in pan
2)add garlic, chilies and saute on medium for 30 secs
3)add onions, ginger, and green chilies saute for 1 min
add rice, soy sauce, and salt and mix gently
