Healthy Cake

Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe was given to me from a lady I go to church with. We were trying to lose weight and she brought this cake to a ladies night..served with yagurt or light cool whip makes a tasty snack..
Ingredients You'll Need
2 1/2 c. nonfat powdered milk
2 2/3 c. raw oatmeal
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves, ground
1/2 tsp. allspice
2 1/2 c. unsweeteded applesauce
1 c. raisins
2 apples, peeled and chopped
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together in a
large bowl
Add applesauce and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients and combine.
Pour batter into a bundt pan, coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes before removing form pan
