Ingredients You'll Need
1 split whole wheat English muffin
1 large egg cooked how you like it
(Poached, over easy, over hard, fried, hard boiled Scrambled)
1 slice cheddar cheese
2 slices Canadian bacon
Directions
Layer the egg, cheese and bacon on the English muffin. Make it healthier by adding Fresh Veggies like sliced tomato, avocado or raw spinach. Delicious!
