Ingredients You'll Need
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease 24-cup mini muffin pan with olive/coconut oil or pam cooking spray.
Pour egg whites into muffin pan.
Add 2-3 sliced jalapeños to each muffin cup.
Bake for 20-30 minutes until the eggs are cooked through and slightly browned on top.
Top with salt and pepper and enjoy!
