Why I Love This Recipe

I love mayonnaise on my sandwiches but any mayo you buy from the store will have a high fat content and high sugar. So, I wanted to share a healthier mayo alternative you can use for anything.


Ingredients You'll Need

1 large egg
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 cup. Walnut Oil
1 tsp. Vinegar
2 tsps. Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Sea Salt


Directions

Combine the egg, and mustard into a food processor, until well blended.


Next, slowly add the olive oil or walnut oil and continue to blend.


(This mayo should be thick and emulsified)


Add the vinegar and lemon juice, adjust to your tasting.
