Directions

For the Healthy Sandwich: Add ham, cilantro, tomato, pepper, and onions to bread slices.


For the salad, add tomatoes, cucumbers, avocado, and lemon.


For the healthy shake, combine banana, milk, sugar, strawberries, ice and blend.
