Ingredients You'll Need

2 cups cream of mushroom soup
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1 cup steamed broccoli florets
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups cooked rice or mashed potatoes for serving


Directions

In a large saucepan, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, cooked chicken, and garlic powder over medium heat.
Stir in the broccoli florets and cook until warm, about 3-5 minutes.
Mix in 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and the sour cream.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the mixture warm over cooked rice or mashed potatoes.
Sprinkle with the remaining shredded cheddar cheese as garnish before serving.

Pairs well with a crisp white wine for an elevated meal, or a sparkling water with lime for a refreshing option.
