Heather's Stuffed Turkey Meatballs

Why I Love This Recipe
I made this up on the spot the other night and now my hubby won't stop talking about how good it was, so I just thought I would share!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup freshly ground parmesan cheese
1/2 cup italian breadcrumbs
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
you also need a block of mozarella cheese
Directions
Combine 1 pound ground turkey, two fresh garlic cloves (chopped finely), 1/2 cup italian breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, and 1 egg in a large mixing bowl. Work mixture together by hand. You will also need a fresh block of mozarella cheese, from which you cut 10 1/2 inch cubes. The mozarella cubes are the center of the meatball, so grab some of the meat mixture and form it around the mozarella, rolling it into a ball. Put aside, and repeat. Makes 10 medium/large meatballs. Once meatballs are formed, brown them in a pan with some olive oil over medium heat for 4-5 min. Once browned on the outside, pour spaghetti sauce over the meatballs and set to simmer for 10-15 min or until cooked through. Serve over your favorite pasta. (I prefer angelhair)
