Why I Love This Recipe

Serves 2 - can easily be doubled, etc.

The result: a fragrantly delicious and juicy piece of pork!

Ingredients You'll Need

milk
2 pork chops

RUB:
salt
pepper
dried thyme
sage
chopped fresh garlic (1 clove is probably enough)
chopped almond slices.

Directions

Marinate 2 pork chops in milk (yes milk!) for about an hour.

Take your coated pork chops and coat them in the rub.

Fry them in the cast iron pan over medium-high heat with a little olive oil for about 5-6 minutes on each side, let them sit for a couple of minutes before serving to ensure they are cooked all the way through.
