Herb Butter Burger

Why I Love This Recipe

Ingredients You'll Need

2 lbs hamburger
4 kaiser rolls
8 cloves peeled garlic
2 oz cooking wine
1/4 lb butter
1 T shallot
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp basil
1 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp canola oil
lettuce, tomato and onion


Mix the shallots, herbs Worcestershire sauce, pepper and lemon juice into the butter. Roll the butter mixter in a sheet of wax paper. Refrigerate the butter. In a saute pan, place the oil and garlic cloves. Saute over medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Deglaze the pan with the wine or broth. Slice the butter mixture into medallions and stuff inside of the beef. Form patties and grill them to the desired doneness.
