Ingredients You'll Need
4 5-oz salmon filets
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon Grey Poupon mustard
1 tablespooon dried thyme
1 teaspoon tarragon
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Sprinkle salmon filets with salt and pepper.
Combine 1 teaspoons of the oil and the mustard, brush over the tops of the salmon filets.
Mix together the thyme, tarragon, white pepper, and parsley.
Generously coat the tops of each filet with 1 tablespoon of the mixed herb mixture.
Spray a large nonstick skillet with oil.
Place salmon in skillet skin side or bottom side down.
Cook in oven for 15 minutes at 350 degrees, until fish is cooked through.
