Why I Love This Recipe

Note I did not measure these exact and went more heavy on the onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne.

Ingredients You'll Need

1 1/4 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
2 tbsp olive oil
3 pound sirloin tip roast


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Line a baking/roasting dish with aluminum foil.

In a small bowl, mix the spices and herbs. Stir in the olive oil and allow this mixture to sit for about 15 minutes.

Place the roast in the prepared baking dish. Cover on all sides with spice rub.

Roast in over for about 1 hour and until temperature is 145 degrees F. Let rest 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
