1 can Northern Beans (drained)
1 skinless/boneless chicken breast/cooked/cubed
1 t. basil
1 t. parsley
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. onion salt
pepper (to taste)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Cook on low heat (simmer) for about 10
min. til beans/chicken/spices blend together well.
Remainder can be frozen. (Use "Beano" if beans give you gas!)**
