"Using up those leftovers!"

Serves 2 - 24 depending on how much you have | Prep Time 10 min | Cook Time 20-30 min

Why I Love This Recipe

Years ago I got tired of all the leftovers and no way to convince anyone to finish them off. Now, we have no trouble finishing up the turkey or anything else because this mixture makes all of those ingredients into a wonderful soup or stew depending on what you have left. Nobody feels like 'do we have to eat this again"?

Ingredients You'll Need

Leftover Turkey, shredded or diced
Leftover corn
Leftover gravy
From the veggie tray; carrots, celery, tomato
Leftover Sweet peas
1 small onion
Egg Noodles
Chicken stock
Salt and pepper to taste

In a saucepan/insta-pot/pressure cooker add butter and all vegetables to sauté. Add turkey, gravy, and stock and taste the mixture. If the flavor is good, add the egg noodles. Mix well and cover for 20-30 minutes until noodles are done. If using an insta-pot or pressure cooker, follow directions on device for cook time.

Pairs Well With

Garlic bread or crackers
