Ingredients You'll Need
2 cups of sugar
1 cup shortening
3 eggs
2 tsp baking soda
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cups of sour milk
1/4 cup nutmeg
5-5 1/2 cups of flour
Directions
Mix well and roll out on floured surface and cut out cookies with your favorite cutters.
Bake 8-10 minutes on greased sheet at 350 degrees F. Allow to cool and frost. These can tend to be a little cakey.
