Ingredients You'll Need
1.5 lbs Ground Beef
2 shredded carrots
1 bunch scallions
1 can cream of mush soup
1.5cups shredded Parmesan cheese
2 Pillsbury Pie Crusts (usually one package will have 2)
Directions
Brown Ground Beef
While Beef is browning, shred carrots and chop scallions
Once beef is browned or close to browned, add carrots and scallions
Stir in Parmesan Cheese
Stir in Cream of Mushroom Soup (keep condensed, do NOT add water)
Stir until well mixed
Put one Pillsbury crust on bottom of pie tin
Add beef mixture
Top with other pie crust
Bake at 350degrees for 30 minutes or until pie crust is golden brown
