Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

2 tsp. garlic paste
2 avocadoes
salt (to taste)
1 tsp. lime juice
2 tsp. ground cumin


Directions

I find the easiest way to 'de-shell' avocadoes is to cut them in half horizontally and scoop out the pit, then squeeze the flesh into a bowl. Combine the garlic paste, lime juice and cumin with the avocado and mash with a fork. Add salt to taste. Serve immediately.


(To make this a bit more 'creamy', you can mix the ingredients with a stick mixer.)
