Ingredients You'll Need
2 Slices bacon
1 Tablespoon parsley
Salt and pepper
Wash potatoes well in cold water. Fry bacon in a nonstick coated 10 inches skillet until crispy. Remove from skillet. Dice potatoes and toss into skillet with bacon grease. Fry 10 minute with a lid covering the skillet. After 10 minutes, remove lid, stir often and continue 10 more minutes or until browned all over. Remove home fries to a plate, crumble bacon over top, and sprinkle with parsley salt and pepper.
