Homemade Bisquick

Why I Love This Recipe
One of the things about living in Europe is that we do not get all ingredients for recipes posted on American cooking sites. Except when you happen to stumble upon a page that shares a recipe of how to make a certain ingredient yourself.
So I found this recipe for homemade bisquick, which comes in very handy at times!
Measurements are in metric for now, but I'll post in cups as soon as I figure them out.
Ingredients You'll Need
450g all-purpose flour
225g milk powder
35ml yeast
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp granulated sugar
190ml vegetable oil

Slowly add the oil and mix well
Store up to a month in a dry place, preferably in an airtight container
