Another one of my liqueur recipes. I couldn't tell ya where I received this one. I've known how to make this for year from off the top of my head. it is good. Fun to make
Ingredients You'll Need
4 cups white sugar
4 cups water
3/4 cup instant coffee granules or instant Espresso
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
4 cups vodka
Directions
In a 3 quart saucepan over medium heat, combine the sugar and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in instant coffee, and allow to cool.
When cool, stir in vanilla extract and vodka. Pour into clean bottles. Close bottles tightly, and store in a cool dark place. The long it sets the better it taste to me
