Homemade Fish Sticks

Ingredients You'll Need
Fish Of Choice
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
3 Egg Whites
1 cup Parmesan, Grated
1 cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs
Olive Oil
1/3 cup Mayonnaise
1/3 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp Parsley Or Chives
Directions
Oven Temperature: 450°F
*Preheat oven; rinse fish and pat dry with paper towel; cut in half and then in 1/2 inch strips
*Place flour, salt & pepper in one bowl and mix; egg whites in another bowl and mix until frothy
*Combine parmesan and bread crumbs in 3rd bowl
*Coat in flour, dip in egg, and then parmesan crumbs; pressing to coat
*Place an oiled baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil
*Bake 15 - 20 minutes
