Day 1:
1 cup of warm water
1 tbsp granulated Sugar
1 tbsp active dry yeast
1 tbsp olive oil
2 to 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
Day 2:
3/4 cup pizza sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Directions
Day 1: Combine warm water, yeast, and sugar in large mixing bowl and combine
2. let mixture set for 5, or until becomes frothy and bubbles form
3. Gently stir in olive oil
4. Add 2 cups of flour and salt. Mix with a rubber spatula until ball begins to form (dough will still be sticky). Add more flour as needed to form a ball
5. Transfer to a floured surface and knead into a smooth dough, adding up to 1/2 cup extra flour in need
Day 2: Preheat the oven to 500F*
2. Roll the dough into a circle and put it on a piece of parchment paper and on a pizza pan
3. add pizza sauce and cheese
4. bake in over for 15-20 mins (more if needed), or until bottom of crust is golden brown
5. Remove the pizza and let cool for 5 mins
