Why I Love This Recipe
This recipe is an all time favorite of my family and friends. I tried all kinds of granola but the texture and crunchiness of this recipe makes a whole lot difference compare to the others.
Ingredients You'll Need
4 cups of Rolled Oats
1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
1/4 cup Walnuts, chopped
1/4 cup Pecans, chopped
1/4 cup Shredded Coconut
1/8 cup Sesame Seeds
1/8 cup Flax Seeds
1/2 cup Cane Juice Crystals
1 cups Maple Syrup
1 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
1/2 TB Vanilla Flavoring
Mix all the dry ingredients except cane juice crystals
In a pot: add all the liquid ingredients, cane juice crystals and the vanilla flavoring then add on the dry ingredients.
Mix well and spread evenly on the baking sheet
Bake at 250 degrees for 2 hours. Stir every 30 minutes.
Pairs Well With
Dry fruits like raisins or cranberries or fresh fruits like sliced strawberries and blueberries or any kind of berries. Serve with yogurt or any kind of milk you preferred.
