Honey Brownies

Why I Love This Recipe
I found this recipe in the newspaper, but I had to add more flour to give them consistency. The important thing about these brownies is that they don't have sugar, they are sweetened with honey. Enjoy!
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup plain chocolate in little pieces
6 spoonful of butter
6 spoonful of margarine
2 eggs
1/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1/2 cup of all-purpose baking flour PLUS 1/3 cup MORE
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup nuts
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Cover a pan with butter.
Melt the chocolate, butter and margarine in a bain-marie.
When is cold, add the honey, eggs and vanilla. In other bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and salt, add into the liquid ingredients.
Add the chopped nuts.
Spoon the batter into the pans, and bake for 20 minutes, or until set.
Let the brownies cool in the pans for 15 minutes, then turn out onto a rack to cool completely and cutting into pieces.
Dusted with confectioners' sugar.
