Why I Love This Recipe

"Let's get ready to ruuuuumble" -Psy

Ingredients You'll Need

400-450g of chicken (or your protein), pre-sliced/diced/chopped (you can add more if you make it for more people)
1 bag of rice or noodles (I use the boil-in-bag ones, because I'm lazy, but you can cook the rice yourself)

Spices for chicken:
1 tbsp of garlic powder
1 tbsp of paprika
1 tbsp chili powder/cayenne
Sometimes I also add other spices, but these are the ones I always use.

Sauce:
8 tbsp of honey
4 tbsp of soy sauce
2 tbsp of sunflower oil (or whatever oil you like)
1 tbsp of hoisin sauce or oyster sauce
I also add some chili flakes for spice, but you can skip if you like.
Mix all of the ingredients above, and set aside.

Directions

How to cook:
Cook the chicken (or protein), add your spices when the chicken (protein) is almost done.
When the chicken (or protein) is done, add the sauce and let it thicken and make sure to coat everything with the sauce. Cook for about 5-7 minutes with the sauce.

Serve:
Put on top of the rice, or mix in the noodles right before you serve it up! Add some sesame seeds on top and some green onions!
