Honey Lime Teriyaki Mock Fajitas

Why I Love This Recipe
I was in a pinch one night...The meat and veggie mixture would also be great as a pizza.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 pkg chicken breast strips
Teriyaki Sauce
Honey
Lime Juice
1 zucchini
1 purple bell pepper
1/2 onion
1 pkg refrigerated crescent rolls
Directions
Marinate Chicken over night in 1 tablespoon Tastefully Simple Honey Teriyaki Sauce, 1 teaspoon Honey and 2 tablespoons lime juice.
I personally prefer poached chicken, so tonight when I got home I removed the chicken from the marinad, poached in boiling water for roughly 10 mins.
While doing that I sauteed the zucchini, bell pepper and onion in a mist of olive oil from my fabulous new QuickMist Oil Sprayer; just until they started to sweat.
Lastly, I turned the oven on to 350 to preheat.
After draining the chicken I quickly chopped it for ease while eating, tossed it back in the pan and lightly drizzled a little honey, teriyaki sauce and lime juice over it.
Mixed until well coated.
Then I added the veggie mixture.
Tossed a couple times and put to the side.
At this point I opened and rolled out the crescent rolls, dividing into four sections and spreading out to make decent sized rectangles. Once rolled out I piled the chicken mixture in the middle and wrapped the edges of the crescent rolls around the mix.
Repeat with remaining 3 rectangles.
Once all are sealed, pop in oven and bake roughly 10 mins.
