Horseradish Cream Sauce for Beef Fondue

You should always have dipping sauces for your beef, chicken and seafood fondue.
Ingredients You'll Need
Horseradish Cream sauce:
1/4 cup butter
3 to 4 T flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 cups milk, light cream, or half and half
6 T. horseradish
2 cups sour cream
Directions
Blend all ingredients and serve with beef fondue.
