Ingredients You'll Need
2 Ounce bacon drippings
1/4 Pound red onion, diced fine
2 Cups water
1/2 Cup honey
1/2 Cup red wine vinegar
2 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 1/2 Tablespoon cornstarch
1 Tablespoon Tabasco sauce
Directions
Combine spinach, almonds, oranges and bacon. In small bowl mix dressing ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Pour over salad and mix lightly until salad is well coated.
