Hot Deviled Potatoes

Why I Love This Recipe
My husband and I used to make these quite often. They taste like a cross between a potato and a deviled egg. I used to double this recipe all the time because DH couldn't eat just one. They are sort of like the O™Boy frozen potatoes they sell in the freezer section of the store.
Ingredients You'll Need
2 servings of mashed potatoes, either homemade or instant
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. Prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. Sugar
2 Tbs. Green onion, sliced thin
Paprika
Directions
Prepare 2 servings of potatoes either homemade mashed or instant; according to directions on the box.
Put prepared potatoes into a large bowl and add sour cream, mustard, sugar, and green onion and mix well. Spoon or pipe potato mixture into 2 foil baking shells; sprinkle tops lightly with paprika. Bake at 350° F for about 20-25 minutes, or until heated through.
Note: They sell the little oblong baking shells in the grocery store near the aluminum cake, bread pans for .99 for a pkg. of six.
