Why I Love This Recipe
This is a tasty hot dog slaw and gets better if it rests in the refrigerator for a could of hours. I only make enough to do one hot dog meal with this recipe. My wife gave me a Kuhn Rikon Twist and Chop for Christmas and it does a fast and easy job chopping anything, and cleans in a flash. The more you twist, the finer the chop.
Ingredients You'll Need
8 oz cabbage -- chopped
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sour cream
2 tablespoons onion -- minced
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
Directions
Chop everything and add to a small bowl and mix well. Refrigerate. I use my hot pepper vinegar but any vinegar will work.
