Hot Fudge Pudding Cake

Ingredients You'll Need
2 cup Flour
1 1/2 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
4 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Oil
1 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Nuts
2 cup Brown Sugar
Directions
Oven Temperature: 350°F
*Blend together ingredients except brown sugar and 1/2 c cocoa
*Pour into ungreased 9x13 pan
*Stir together brown sugar and remaining cocoa (1/2 cup)
*Sprinkle over cake
*Pour 3 1/2 cup hot water over the top
*Bake for 45 minutes
