Ingredients You'll Need
12 chicken wings
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup your favourite hot sauce
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp crushed chili peppers
2 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp oregano, dried
Directions
Combine all ingredients (save the wings) and heat until butter is melted.
Cook your wings as per usual (really your choice - deep fry, BBQ, bake...whatever!) and place into sauce.
Shake until wings covered with sauce.
Put wings with sauce in a glass baking dish into oven at 250F to keep warm until all prepared.
Note: If you want extra extra heat (but you probably won't need it!) let the sauce sit for a few hours before mixing with wings!
