Hot Jezebel Dip/Sauce

You can do any number of things with this sweet and spicy sauce. Traditionally it is served over a block of cream cheese with crackers for dipping. Jezebel sauce also pairs nicely with roasted pork loin or pork chops as a glaze or condiment.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 jar apricot preserves, 18 oz
8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2-3 Tbsp horseradish
cracked black pepper, to taste
crackers or pita wedges for dipping
8 oz cream cheese
Directions
In bowl, whisk together apricot preserves, Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons horseradish, and black pepper. Add more horseradish and black pepper to taste.
Chill overnight OR serve immediately poured over top of cream cheese.
Serve with crackers or pita wedges.
Store leftover sauce in mason jar and refrigerate.
