Ingredients You'll Need
1/2c. apple vinegar ( optional)
3 ea.| Hot pepper combo| Habanero, scotch bonnet & Jalapeño Remove stems cut in 4. Careful not to touch eyes when handling peppers
5 cloves| Garlic cut in halves
1/2 tsp. | Black pepper
2-3 bunch| cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 tsp.| sea salt
1/4c.| olive oil
2leaf| bay leaves
Get a large tightly covered Mason jar and put in all the ingredients.
Mix well and seal tightly
Set out on counter for two days to steep.
Then store in the refrigerator. If you put straight in refrigerator it wont steep.
