Why I Love This Recipe

This is one of my son’s favorites. My nieces also request this each time we get together for the holidays.


Ingredients You'll Need

1 can artichoke hearts, chopped
1 small box frozen chopped spinach
½ cup sour cream
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
½ cup mayonnaise
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella


Directions

Cook spinach per directions on box and drain. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until brown and bubbling. I usually serve with Townhouse Pita Chips or Flatbread Crisps (sea salt)
