House Salad Dressing

Ingredients You'll Need
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped chives
Directions
Put everything but chives in blender. Blend 5 minutes. Pour into mixing bowl. Add chives and stir with wire whisk. Let stand 30 minutes before mixing. Serve with mixed greens.
