Ingredients You'll Need

1 quart mixed greens
3/4 cups croutons
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 egg
1 1/2 cups olive oil
1 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoons Coleman's dry English mustard
1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
6-8 drops Tabasco
1/2 cup crumbled Roquefort cheese


Mix egg and olive oil in a blender. Add remaining ingredients except cheese and blend. Slowly mix in cheese.

Toss greens with dressing and croutons. Sprinkle sliced green onions on top.
