Hummingbird Cake

This recipe came from my Grandma's recipes. It's very good...
Ingredients You'll Need
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 Tbls. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 ts. vanilla
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs UNBEATEN
2. chopped bananas very ripe
1 c. pecan halves
1 can crushed pineapple with the juice.
Icing:
1 8 oz. package Cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tbls. butter, melted
3/4 c. powder sugar
Non Cooking Spray
Directions
DON'T sift the flour.
DON'T beat the eggs.
DON'T drain the pineapple.
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Pour into a bundt pan that has been sprayed witht he cooking spray
Bake in a 325 degree oven
1 hour 15 minutes.
Cool 10 min.
Remove and drizzle icing over warm cake.
