Guide for sprouting the garbanzo beans
Buy organic garbanzo beans
Soak overnight
Rinse and drain
Place beans in a strainer or a mason jar with a mesh lid
You need to allow air flow
Rinse and drain 2-3 times a day
The beans should sprout within 2 days.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup sprouted chickpeas
1/4 cup tahini
1 lemon - the juice
2 med size cloves of garlic
2 Tbsp oil
2 Tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt
pinch of coriander
3 Tbsp water
Directions
Place all ingredients into a high speed blender.
Blend until smooth
garnish with black olives
or a blend dried red pepper with oil and salt
or sun dried tomatoes
