Why I Love This Recipe
This is my time tested hummus recipe. I love hummus and searched for recipes all over the place. This is a combination of the best of what I found and its super healthy:
Ingredients You'll Need
1 can chickpeas -use some of the liquid for a thinner consistency
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
dash of lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Throw it all in a blender or food processer and blend together.
Let chill before serving
