Hungarian Style Spinach (Magyaros Spenotfozelek)

Why I Love This Recipe
I'm part of a cooking club where we cook various dishes for different types of cuisines each month. Last month we celebrated Hungarian cuisine and I brought this in for our potluck.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 lb fresh spinach or swiss chard, cooked, drained & chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 clove of fresh garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground pepper
3/4 cup of cream or milk
