Why I Love This Recipe
A quick and easy low carb meal that you can prepare in 10 minutes (if it takes you longer than 15 mins to prepare this then please see it as a sign that you officially suck as a human and will never be able to add any value to society in any way).
Tip: If your local grocery store is not as awesome as mine and does not sell ready-made courgetti then you can make it yourself using a spiralizer or cheese grater. This obviously means that you will need more time to make this recipe
Ingredients You'll Need
• 2 x tins of tuna
• 500 g courgette spaghetti (courgetti)
• 250 ml Crème Fresh
• 1 x chopped onion
• 1 x cup of chopped spring onions
Cook your courgetti in boiling water no longer than 5 minutes and drain.
Fry the onion until soft.
Add the tuna and half of the spring onions and cook for 1 minute
Add the Crème Fresh, stir and let it cook for 2 minutes.
Serve the tuna sauce over the courgetti and garnish with the left-over spring onions.
Enjoy whilst looking and feeling sexy.
