Why I Love This Recipe

When i first came to this webite i noticed no-one had really put a simple plain cup-cake recipe and i decided to add one in just so if anyone is completely new to cooking as i was then they can follow this recipe! Enjoy! They're really yummy!

Ingredients You'll Need

Basics:
100g SR Flour
100g Sugar
100g Margerine
2 Eggs

Topping:
100g Icing sugar
1Tbs milk

Directions

Put margerine and sugar in a bowl and mix together till creamy and fluffy.

Then add the SR flour and eggs to the sugar and margerine.

3, Split the mixture into cup-cake cases and then put it in the oven at 160 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

When they are slightly turning golden brown take them out and let them cool.

In a bowl add the icing sugar and milk and continusly stir the mixture till it is nice and thick but not too thick, then when the cakes have cooled add the icing on top with a teaspoon full.

Add little chacolated or whatever you want to decorate.

P.S. You can add cocoa powder if you want chocolate cup-cakes!
