Why I Love This Recipe
The is the "Skinny" version of a regular Bisquick impossible pumpkin pie.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 - 15 oz. can pumpkin
1/2 cup low-fat Bisquick
1 cup evaporated skim milk
2 egg whites
1/2 c. Splenda
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed or substitute 2 T +2 t Splenda brown sugar
1 t. vanilla
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
Directions
Beat all ingredients together with an electric mixer until smooth.
Pour into a 9" pie pan.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
6 servings @ 3 points each or 2 1/2 points each with the Splenda Brown Sugar.
