I admit it. During this time of the year I pull out the bisquick mix recipes and make something for on the days when I need a dinner fast. This also reheats nicely.
Directions
Heat oven to 400F.
Grease 9-inch pie plate.
Sprinkle chilies, cheese and onion in pie plate.
Stir remaining ingredients until blended.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake 25-35 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 5 min.
Serve with salsa if disired.
