Why I Love This Recipe
Add the spice mix to the cooking liquid for basmati rice.
Toss the spice mix with cauliflower florets and roast.
Brush naan with melted butter and sprinkle with spice mix.
For Indian baked fish, sprinkle the spice mix over fish fillets and bake. Top with fresh coriander sprigs and serve with a mixture of cucumber and natural yoghurt.
Ingredients You'll Need
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon ground coriander
2 teaspoons ground
1-1 1/2 teaspoons dried chilli flakes
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
Large pinch of ground cloves
Combine cumin, coriander, turmeric, chilli flakes, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves in a small bowl.
