Ingredients You'll Need
14-28g Choice Herb (Decarbed)
4 Sticks Butter
Cheese cloth or a fine strainer
MAKE SURE YOUR HERB IS DECARBED
NOTE : you will need to use your rack that goes into the instant pot.
Fill your instant pot about a knuckle above your rack with water.
Melt your butter on the stove or in the microwave.
Put the desired amount of herb within each canning jar .
Pour your melted butter in the canning jars and mix the herb and butter thoroughly.
Replace the lids on your canning jars and close your instant pot.
Pressure cook on high for 20 minutes then release and carefully remove the jars with mitts and allow to cool on a rack until they’re cool enough to handle with your hands.
When cool enough strain your infused butter through cheesecloth or a strainer into your desired containers to cool.
Voila ! Infused butter! Then use as necessary in all of your recipes !
